What Happens Next?

this is a question for a friend, her husband was banned for 3 years, she was wondering what happens after the 3 years are up? do they have to start all over? or just file a waiver? i was under the impression that they have to file a waiver after that but i just want to make sure.

What were they banned for? Unlawful presence or drug/alcohol?

he was banned for alcohol, 2 dui's.

If there wasn't any unlawful presence, then they shouldn't need a waiver.

Sorry, to add, they will just have to request a new appointment, but the ban takes care of the inadmissability.
