UPDATE on Hubby D.L. issue

well as most of you know my hubby and i were having issues trying to get his name off the "no drive list" at the Il. DMV.

Last Wednesday i called Illinois AGAIN to make sure they processed his receipt for his ticket (i had to send the receipt via fed ex, cuz they sd they never recieved the last 3 times)

So the lady i spoke with said she remembered talkin to me LOL (i wonder why) hmm.. neways she looked up his case and YES! it had already been cleared and he was able to apply for his license here in dallas!

So last friday Turi went to the dmv here and took the written part of his test and passed! YAYAYAYAYA!!

and.... This morning he went back to take the driving part of the test and wouldnt you know HE PASSED!!!!!!!! he now has his D.L.!!! i literally screamed out of sheer joy! i'm so happy for him LOL..

Part of Turi's dream was to one day be legal AND to have a D.L. so he wouldn't fear the police. And now he has finally gotten what hes waited so long for! i'm just so happy and proud of him:yay2::yay2::yay2:

i wish i could have seen Turi's face! man that would have been the neatest thing. LOL... but when he called me at work i could "hear" the smile on his face! .. lol... so i asked him how'd it go? he was tryin to be all non chalant about it "i passed" :thumbup: and i was like :yay2: and when he heard my happiness then he started to laugh.

LOL pooh! i'm just GLAD everything is now finally in its place

he now has his GC,SS CARD,TX ID#,AND TX D.L. We just moved to a bigger house!, (more cleaning)and soon we will be getting new furniture for it, oh and now i get to go looking for a new puter and high speed at home :yay2: So i can be chattin at home too lol

Their faces are priceless Tasks. Something so simple causes so much joy. Alfredo didn't stop smiling for about 2 weeks. It was the cutiest thing to see. :)
