I was wondering to those of us that have spouses who have been backlogged because of FBI/DHS, have sent additional hardship information.

I was wondering because since my husband has been gone, financially obviously it gets tough, I am now on antidepressants, my house is falling apart, I need my roof fixed, I hate that type of stuff. So I was thinking of just sending in a little packet of maybe 10 pages to just give them a review of what has transpired since he has been gone, do you think that could be helpful?

thanks for the help

liley - May I ask you what is a DHS fingerprinting and background check? Did he have more than one entry? I heard of people who get backlogged for not enough evidence. Thanks and I'll pray for you and your family...

DHS/FBI is when there is a hit in either the FBI files or Department of homeland security. So they investigate further to make sure there are no other criminal offenses on record.
My husband had a misdemenor.
