OK im about to make the appointment for the WAIVER and i know i have to pay $545, but here is my question do i pay it befor the appt. or at the appt in Ciudad Juarez??

When you go in for your Wavier...they will send your husband to the Cashier..and you pay..they will give you a receipt..you walk out of one building and go to another..you give them your Wavier Packet..you wait..if approved..you go back to the other building..and you sit and wait for them to call you name to get your Yellow envelope..
