officially, I can't do the chat anymore

So, when we got our new internet security crap at work last week I was worried that I wouldn't be able to get into the chat anymore. Indeed during regular hours I can't even get into Laurel's website ("law and politics" are banned :pullinghair:) and now during the "open" hours from 11-1 I can access her site but I can't get into the chat room.

Angela and Mendoza have helped out in the past but I know Angela's not sure she's going to have access in the future either, so I'm looking for someone who has good internet access and can be responsible to copy and paste the chat every Wednesday.

Also, since people sometimes post questions in this part of the forum it would be nice if the same person could post those questions at the start of the chat to make sure Laurel gets to them.

Just reply here if you can do it.

Well, are you certain you are able to get into Laurel's chat room? Go to visacentral.net, click on the chat room link on the main page and make sure you are able to log in. If that works for sure I will explain to you what I typically do. Thanks Perez!

You have to also check to see if you can copy and paste. I have no problem getting into the chat room and reading and posting, but for some reason I cannot copy or paste anywhere in the chat.

That's so odd. Monki - can you log in there and then enter some stuff (even if you are in there alone) and then attempt to highlight, control C (copy) and then open a Word document and do a control P (paste)? See if it works...
