Hi - hubby won't be needing waiver..

since he is going for the K3 spousal visa with no waiver needed, will he still need to take an offer of employment to the interview? Or is this only necessary when he AOS's?

I didn't really see any focus on employment during the interview for the K-3 visa. Most of the time it is going to be for someone entering the U.S., and I think they realize there is an acclimation timeframe. Probably couldn't hurt, but I don't think they are looking for it.
