Approved K3 Vermont filers

I don't expect an early approval.I just want to see if there is anyone approved from VSC because I haven't seen any K3 I-129F approvals lately.There are a lot of CSC approvals but no VSC.I would appreciate if your post your VSC approval here.

Jenny that is the IR list. I don't think we really have a K3 list. We had only been following the I-130's....

I don't see any K3s on that list.I need only K3 for last 2 months.I want to make sure that they are still approving them at VSC.

welcome to the club, lexxy. i am trying to figure that out too. read my story. they even told me on the phone, "oh, i don't know why your k3 wasn't approved at the same time" but they did nothing to fix that.

Congratulations on your I-130!At least you have that.IS it received by the NVC yet?

no, that's the problem. they're holding it as if the i-129f had been approved and forwarded, but it hasn't! they are trying to make me send the i-824 in order to get the i-130 forwarded, but they should have forwarded it themselves since the i-129f was NOT approved! so they are treating my 130 as if the K3 had been approved but basically, now all my papers are just sitting around and NOTHING is getting through to NVC. i wouldn't be upset about the K3 not being approved if they had sent my i-130 to NVC.

I'm so sorry to hear that.That is the problem with USCIS they mess up too often.They lost our I-129F and stole us a whole month!We mailed it on Feb 18, it was received there the next day but yesterday my husband received NOA1 saying they received it on March 19!I hope things work out for u in the best possible way!

oh i'm going to the b-more office tomorrow for an infopass (alone) to straighten this out. i don't care if we go k1 or k3, i just want to get moving so my husband can go home this summer instead of waiting for an indefinite amount of time again because they screwed up. i waited almost 5 months for my NOA1, 7 1/2 months for an approval, and now they want me to file the i-824 that's backlogged to last july??? no way.

thanks, i have been sick to my stomach ever since i found out that there might be a problem and they flat-out refused to transfer me to an officer on the phone to sort it out (the computer says this call does not qualify for an officer's attention based on the information you have given us...) it is at 8:40 tomorrow morning since i didn't want to sit around all day waiting for it. hopefully i will get some answers! even if they are answers i don't want to hear, at least i will have some solid info.
