Im only nineteen and my step dad is the US citizen, so I dont know if this is enough to take to the interview knowing that I didnt have no house to rent or any bills to pay here in Mexico. So this is what i have so far:
• Credencial de Votar (Got it in January 2008)
• License (Got it January 2008)
• Banamex Bank Statements
• Interview Letter (Should be getting it soon)
• Album with pictures with family from Mexico
• Letter they wanted showing that I dont have any trouble or crimes in Mexico
• Matricula Consular (Got it at USA)
• Mexican Passport (I renew it on January 2008 for 6 years)
• Prove of the car to cross the border ,that my family brought to Mexico to drop me off.
• Work letters from 2 jobs stating that I worked for them

Those are the same things my husband is taking. so In my opinion, I think you have a pretty good list of things for evidence to take.

I left this past January, but i suppose to have left last year. I got one traffic violation for no license and speedin, but i didnt get arrested or deported. Will CDJ or immigration find out about anything like this. And now they want me to prove that i was over here how can i prove it if i wasnt here that whole time? Im only 19 and i mean i cant have so much to prove anyways and besides i came in car and i never got my passport stamped or anything so thats a good thing. Please help me
Are you planning to lie at your interview and tell them that you have been in MX this entire time? Are you not afraid that the consulate will not find out about your traffic ticket when they do the FBI check?

Yes, FBI only checks for criminal record not traffic tickets, so im positive it will work I just pray it does

I think the decision is already set in stone and nothing that we say will change the course of what cronaldo_1555 will do! Let's hope that things don't go from bad to worse!!
