Medical Exams results?

okay back in january 24, 08 my husband was not approved for his visa, but went back for a waiver appointment and was put in the backlogg due to lack of evidence, when i came back to texas he gave me all his paper his medical exams that were not even opened for his first appointment and were sealed! Okay the other day i do not know what got in to me and a just decided to open them and looked over them, okay what will happen if my husband get approved with in less than a year will he have to take the medical exam even though i have already opened them. Good question but do not know the answer?

How do you even still have the medical results? Don't they collect them at the interview? My hubby does not have his anymore.

okay they gave him his medical exams back on his first interview after being denied?

I believe the X-rays they kept. but I got a copy of the shots he got..and if a year goes by..yes you will have to do the medical again.

He was denied his visa because of his illegal stay in the US, everyone who has illegal stay in the US will be denied on the first appt, they will let the person know if he/she qualifies for the waiver and on the second appt you give the waiver and wait for the response.

Oh, so he was allowed to file the waiver on his first interview..I get it. But why wasn't his medical exam taken???

Well In my husbands case they only kept the small x-rays the big black envelope they gave him that back! Maybe thats the one your husband has?

yeah they gave him back the big black envelope and also a the really small one with medical results? Is that normal or what? Would some body chime on this?

Hmm I really dont know why but I noticed that your husband and my husband had their interview appointments the same day! Maybe they met LOL!

Hi rg8333,
sometimes they will not keep the records, when I was there, they gave them back to a lady that I was talking to, they didn't say why, just gave them to her, however, if he gets approved before the year is up, he will have to take the medical again, since you are not allow to open them, they would not take those, because they may think that maybe something was wrong with him and you alter them to make things better.
Anyways, I hope that you guys get an approval soon.
