So I have a trial of Microsoft Word 2007 because I just got my computer. Right now I don't want to buy it cause I know I have it here at home (2003) and I want to load that, but anyways...
So my trial was set to expire today which means you can open a file, but you can't do anything except view it. Not even copy and paste....this is where my HSL is AHHH! So I think for a minute...well it says it expires by today a date....lets change the date on the computer. So I changed the date to last month and it works again! Can you believe that? You would think that Microsoft would have thought to not base it on the computers date. All I have to really do is keep backing my date if I want to. I better go buy it though so I don't really have a heart attack.
