Thanks everyone!!! After so much work and stress, this is definitely a HUGE relief. My husband was instructed to pick up his passport tomorrow morning, so we will head home after he does. Word of advice for those that are still waiting for this appointment: have FAITH. :yay2::thumbup:

We are finally home. We got in today at 4:30am. As you all know my husband was approved monday at about 12:30pm but was asked to return 4/1/08 to pick up his packet. So, yesterday he went to pick up his packet and got in at 7am, and was not out until 1:30pm (that was a looongg wait). But thanks to GOD we are now home, all the waiting was all worth it. There were a lot of approvals on monday. My husband says that 80% of the people were approved on that day, surprisingly! :yay2::yay2:


My timeline

3/10/07 sent I-130
11/26/07 case was completed at NVC
2/9/08 received appointment letter
3/3/08 1st Interview appointment
3/31/08 Waiver appointment - APPROVED!!!!:yay2::thumbup:
