I sent in my fax requesting a second interview after denial on friday, today i called to see if they received it and they tell me that they cant give me any info cuz they dont have access to that kinda info....The first time i called the lady asked me who i sent it to and i sed "to officer in Charge"....cuz i didnt put a name on the fax then she told me she had no way of knowing. I told her that some people who have called do get information and she sed "i dunno how if there is no way of knowing when others receive fax"....the second time i called i sed i sent it to Mr. B....and the lady sed "we dont know what he receives".........so how will i know that i will get a second appointment?.....this is the # i dialed....011-52-656-611-3000........any suggestions on what i can do next?....i did give my phone #, e-mail add. and my home add. in the fax.......any help would be appreciated. :please:

I won't know if that's his fax number. Here's the number I used when i faxed him a request last week: (011-52-656) 616-9056

yes that is the # (9056) i faxed it to, the one i dialed today is the one that ends in 3000, to c if they had received it.

May I ask the reason for his ban of 10 years. Did he have anything on his record. Sorry I was just wondering as I too am very affraid to what may happen with ours. It has been 5 months since my husband left to mexico.

It seems very familiar to me that many others have also had frustration about this same step in getting a second interview and then when they were about at their wits ends, got the notification of the new appointment (stephanie just got her new appt I believe). You might just have to wait for a letter....

No he had nothing on his record, he was denied for lack of extreme hardship.
