I don't know about your friend but I was reading your timeline- won't your husband need a waiver? Are you interviewing inside the US?

ummmm on my timeline i have both my husbands time line for his i-130 and my timeline for my N-400 (naturalization) thats for me my interview is coming up april 28 after that i will upgrade his i-130 to get the prosses going faster :) and yes i believe he will need a waiver :)

lizzie: I think that they just apply for the I130 in order to USCIS to adjudicate if their is qualifying relationship and there is no fraud. Also, on the second page of the I130 there is a question on there of where they intending immigrant will apply for their waiver. Any one with more information will chime in.
