I really love this fourm and all the people here. The moment my husband called and upset me over the new SS# requirements I hopped on here. I didn't call my mom or my best friend. I feel you guys give so much support to people and I really appreciate that. I have noticed since I am a little upset right now that even when answering a Introduction thread to welcome a new member I started to rant about the girls situation :shy: (I mean in her favor though not against her). It's not what she needs though in her tough situation. So I am going to take a little break today and prolly see you all tomorrow (maybe tonight if my internet at home is working and I am not in a ranting mood).

As soon as my hubby is home I will make him give me one. He tends to give me one anyways and does not believe me. When he sleeps he massages my back sometimes. He says he doesn't remember.

LOL!! Oh how I recall those moments when hubby got home nothing changed that leg was flung over me, inside my legs, grrrrr it was uncomfortable at first (being alone for 8 months) but after a couple of nights it's back to getting used to it. :rolleyes:

Much better the hubby is not leaving until we have an interview. We may do the I-129F to get the sooner interview, but he has decided that it is a small sacrifice to lose his pride and live off or me for a short while until this nightmare is over.

So yes feeling much better. Still very sad for others though. My best friend may lose the job he has had for 16 years

I know I told my husband today that he may be seeing a lot of his cousins returning home in the next few months...I don't know..but I do know that if for some reason our waiver is denied, we will live in Mexico and not have him come back here illegal because he won't be able to work.

Wow you guys, I was gone for 2 days and I guess I missed a lot! A December approval (NOT expedited!! Go Gdalicia!!!!!! Woot woot!) and what's this about new ss# requirements???? Someone tell me something.
All the illegals around here are very nervous about getting caught, and have never ever worried before. My husband said he saw a cousin of his in Mexico who's been in the US forever and has kids here, etc. Got caught and deported, given the 10 year bar but plans to EWI again. :(

Well I guess this new social thing is not going to get them deported unless the employer wants to be a jerk and report them to ICE, but they will lose their jobs and employers will fear to hire anyone without a valid social
