List of things I will need...

I am probably jumping the gun since I know USCIS will take their sweet time processing my husband's case, but I would like to start gathering some of the things I will need. Would someone be able to rattle off a list? (police certificates, birth certificates, etc.) I would also like to know how much MORE money I'm going to need... so far I have read $70 for the I-864, and $400 for the DS-230. Are these filed in conjunction with the I-130? Thanks! :)

When the I-130 is approved you will then be requested to send the other fees you talked about. The I-601 is going to cost $545. The medical will be a little over $200. Let me go get the checklist for the first interview. BRB

So, basically this list is all the stuff I'm going to need to send before they will *set* the appointment? Or is this all the stuff I need to bring *to* the appointment?

So, all in all... financially we are looking at approximately $1145, not including the $355 I spent on the I-130. A little more than I thought, but not too shabby! Thanks, angela!

This is a checklist for what you need to bring to you first appointment. Now this is based off CDJ, but I am sure it will not be to different if any than Honduras. Maybe ask in I-601 for other countries and see if there is anything different.
