Finally sent our I-130!!

They got it this morning according to the USPS website. :thumbup: I am so excited! I wish there was an "anxious" option for that "my mood" thing. I am definitely anxious for the next step. :yay:

So what am I waiting for now, the NOA right? Then I will have a case number or something that I can use to look at the status right? I always read about you guys looking at your status and knowing your paperwork has been touched (or hasn't been for a while) and can't wait to know that myself. Too bad I had to get a cashiers check for the fee or I could know when they cash that!

Cool mysanchez! It feels good, doesnt it? Yes, now you wait to receive your NOA1 with your case number and you can check your status online anytime :)

:ditto: Some cashier's check and MO's have a form you could fill on the back of them in order to receive the cancel copy of the cashier or MO when it is cashed. Did you get the cashier's check from your bank? If so, try seeing if they could do this for you.

Was it western Union? If so you can call the 1 800 number and find out if it was cahsed. Welcome to the March I 130 Club:)

I sent my on the 8th of this month, and my m/o was cashed on the 18th.
