Well our check was finaaaaaaaaaally cashed after 6 weeks!!! I called our lawyers office today and the secretary said our check was cashed yesterday. So she said I should be expecting the NOA during this month hopefully it will be here soon!
My hubby says that the lawyer probably regrets taking our case since I call them alot he he but I told him that he should have told us to make a cashiers check to immigration and not to him, that way I wouldn't be calling him:wink:
oh btw the secretary said it's taking long because immigration is more concerned with citizenships and not with AOS which I know its not true but I didn't feel like arguing....... they shouldn't lie though I know some people here had their checks cashes and their NOAs within 2 weeks.
