Ok, so I'm starting to get REALLY disappointed about going to my mailbox every day and not finding anything. I should have already gotten my NOA-1 by now.
OK, so my hubby WAS in removal proceedings for about 7 days, but he was granted voluntary departure. He is actually back in Honduras now... what am I supposed to do? Do I need to call them and tell them? I don't have any papers I can send them or anything. ICE has my husband's file, but it's not like they are going to send anything to ME regarding this. Does anyone have an experience like this?
If there is anyone whose husband was in removal proceedings when the I-130 was sent, PLEASE speak up! Thank you!!!
