Well, they flew my hubby back on March 24th. He got his VD, and now we know this nightmare is at least halfway over. WHEW!! I am just SO glad to have him out of detention and back with his family!

I am so happy for you. Even if you are still apart, you know that he is free aaaand now you can start planning a trip to see him and actually hug him. I know how hard it is to visit hubby through the glass. Take care.

Thank you for the positive encouragement, everyone! I could not have done this without the prayers and gifts from the people of i2us. God really came through for our family on this one...

I just feel like a HUGE weight is lifted off of my chest! Yes, it is difficult being apart from him, but knowing he is FREE makes me smile.

Doesn't it feel better to know that he's free,,, with his family ?? I know I was ,,, even though hubby was sad ,,, can you believe he said that he missed being inside that detenttion center because he was so use to seeing me and our son visit him everyday! But I told him :yeah but seeing you behind that glass was killing me ,,,,:innocent:

Great news! At least he is free and with his family, and you can focus on the next step of your journey to put your family back together. It's a long road, but you will get there.

I am sooo happy to hear that your hubby made it home safely and quickly. Despite the terrible circumstances he was forced to return under, his family will be happy to seehim, and know that since he is there you and your daughter will be coming to visit! They must be so excited to meet you both :) Those detention centers are terrible. Mines been stuck for 2 months and lost 15 pounds that he couldnt afford to lose!
