So the spanish line told me I can't cancel the K3 over the phone or fax.. and only by a letter.. So we want to try an overnight letter .. problem is I can't find what address.. and what would I write the ATTN: ___?____
How would I write such a letter and do you think they actually read them right away as they get them ?
Thanks guys I REALLY appreciate any help you can give..

Is this enough - or should I mention the I-130 ??

Ugh I just wrote the letter out and it was gone ughhh..

ok one more question.. since it's Friday how can I get it there by Monday morning?? Don't Fedex and UPS have a cutoff time of noon in order to get it out in the overnight batch?? It's 11:50 ..

The deadlines are different depending on where you live. When I lived in NYC, you could leave fed ex until midnight and get it delivered the next day anywhere in the country. Here in Colorado, the deadline is 5:30pm. You need to call and ask what the deadline is for your location.
You can always do certified mail. That is available until the post office closes. It won't get there in one day, but you will get confirmation of delivery.

I don't even know if I should do this or not :( since online is behind it could already be approved by now.. part of me does want to go with it and part of me doesn't hubby thinks we should just let it ride.. I'm so torn..

If you do decide to cancel it, make sure you list the case numbers for both the I-129 and I-130 plus all of the information for the beneficiary and yourself.
I faxed it to the CSC office's office for the I-130 Upgrade department and they looked at it right away. Hopefully, they'll process yours right away.

Waiting - do you mind sharing the wording of your letter?
The lady on the phone said it can't be done by fax.. should I just ignore her?
