Hi, the National Benefits Center is MSC, right? If so, that's where we are (or atleast thats what the receipt numbers say, lol.

National Benefits Center (NBC) = Missouri Service Center (MSC)

Our I-130 was there for almost an entire year.

SIGH... that's where my case is too...hopefully not for too much longer since it's not supposed to be there! that's where all the in-country AOS files go to chill out until the AOS date...except that i'm not doing in-country AOS.
