We sent ours in at the first of June and have our NOA1, but the only supporting evidence I sent was our joint bank statement. Should I follow up with pictures and other evidence or can I even do that at this point?

Don't send anything without them asking for it -- the chances of anything you send meeting up with your file are slim to none. Wait and see if they send you an RFE for more evidence and if so, send it at that time.

Yes Kitkat is right wait for an RFE, if that is what they want. I have heard of people being approved without any supporting evidence. I myself sent in an affidavit from my mother, copy of our car insurance that started together 3 years ago, copy of matching credit cards, and something else that I can't remember. If they don't ask for it don't send it. The bank statement may be enough.
