Hello. One question. Because I had approved I 129 F and I 130 in the same time, I understand that USCIS will send the I 130 petition to NVC to process CR 1 visa, just after I will send them I 824 ( I am not in US). I read the form I 824 and i am confuse about the questions from PART 2 (Reason for request). What box i have to check in my case?
And another question if somebody knows.My husband visited me and when he came back to US, the company lose his baggage.There were the originals from all notice and the approvals notices too. He don't has any copy. In this case, what has to do for obtains another originals approvals notices? Thanks a lot.
