I am working during the chat time, so I would appreciate if you could ask about Laurel this.. In I-130 they need some prove about ongoing marriage, for example joint bank acc. I live in Canada, my husband is in Florida, I DO have a US acc where he is under my name, should I add his name to my acc?Is it good thing to do since we do not live together and do not have a use for common acc, no common bills, either. I tought it may even hurt our petition if we try TOO HARD to prove our relationship. Thank you for your advice.
