View Full Version : If USCIS does not forward my I-130

Then it looks like if I really want to continue with IR I will have to file the I-824 with a $340 fee so that USCIS will forward my I-130 to NVC. There is a delay back to Aug 07 in California. :crying:

It's not the fee I am worried about it is the 7 mo wait. That is nuts.

Lucky - I am just ranting on it cause another person who had both their petitions approved only got their I-129F sent to NVC even when the I-130 said it would be sent also. And I really want to change to the IR now. I don't want to wait 3 months for an EAD and do more paperwork when we get home now that we don't need the k3.

It's all so frustrating.

Maybe cause your petitons are so far apart the I-129F won't effect you.
