I've mailed the two fees

just want to let you know that I received the I-864 $70 fee bill on sat 3/22 and I mail it out on Monday 3/24 on same monday I received the DS230 $400 fee bill and mail it out on Tuesday 3/25. Anyways, now I am anxiously waiting for the forms, and I already asked my husbands aunt in Mexico to send us his birth certificate. He also needs to get his passport from the Mexican Consular, we are working on it.

Nena - yay on completeing a step in this process.

You should make sure that your husband's aunt sends you 2-3 certified copies of his birth certificate.

You will need one to get his passport (which they will most likely keep) and then one to submit with the DS-230.

Hi,

I have a similar question concerning the pack with DOS203. Is it something else included in beside this form ? Are there other documents beside birth and marriage certificates, police records if the case, and copy of my passport ?
Does my husband (the petitioner) have to fill something as well in this last shot ?
