What address do I use?

I have not submitted my 1-130 yet as I am waiting for my birth certificate in the mail.

My question is... What address do I use in recieving all my INS receipts etc?

Do I use my sponsors in another state. this has me confused because we are planning to move states.

I currently live in Tennessee. Native californian. My sponsor is in California.

You need to mail it based on where you live, but if I am not mistaken at this time ALL I-130's go to Chicago. Let me see if I can find that.
