I followed Cyntias timeline..and called Frankfurt today to ask if there is any more documents they need from me, because I had to submit the 601 and 212. By the Interview the Officer told me, that will take about 3 weeks before the case is moving from the Immigration Visa Service to the DHS . The Lady today informed me, all my documents are complied and also that my paper is by the DHS already since the day after my appointment was. I really wonder if this is good news or not. I was reading here, when all this is moving to fast that means maybe a deny.Has somebody an idea.Thanks to all. And good luck.

Don't stress to much over this! Frankfurt tends to have a much faster timeline than they tell people. I know it's very hard to be patient.....been there done that and many (like Cynthia) can attest to that. It wont be long and you will have your answer and then will be back in the USA! I remember feeling all the doubts and if I had enough evidence for our case and what if we were denied....but it all worked out in the end and I'm sure it will for you as well. I'm telling you to just try to be patient.....you are so very close to the end now!
