New website launch-- A Dream Deferred

Hey there people of Immigrate2US. Brave New Films (http://bravenewfilms.org/) (makers of Outfoxed) has launched a new website, called A Dream Deferred (http://adreamdeferred.org/). Please head over there and check out the blog, which is written by undocumented students and one spouse (me), sign the petition, and watch the video. We hope to bring more awareness to the situations of undocumented students and undocumented immigrants and their families.

I admire these kids for an awesome effort. When I graduated from high school I was in the same position and it is devastating. You're watching your friends go on to college and you stay behind and everyone asks what you've been up to. You feel like a loser. I went to my 10 year reunion and saw how succesful people were and my only consolation was thinking that it wasn't my fault. Now I'm going to school and I am so happy. I wish for all those kids to have that opportunity.
