Hi everyone,

I'm Roxy I'm currently just another player in the waiting game. my husbands name is cesar. we are high school sweathearts, we have been together for about 9yrs ( bf/gf 7yrs, married 2 yrs) we filed the i-130 he was denied and so it goes. Just introducing myself to the club. i put more details under the I-601 section not sure if that was right but anyway. we have a 3 year old little girl together and oh man this is killing me having her daddy suddenly gone:cry:
she asks about him every so often and when she talks to him she just asks why. it was kinda of funny though the other day she said "daddy why can't you get a green truck, why daddy? well i thought it was funny cute but anyway enough about my angel, my god bless her soul.:innocent:

no, the I - 130 wasn't denied, it was approved but he was denied at his visa interview, he was denied then given a 3 year bar for admitting to drug use ( marijuanna) so now were just waiting. sorry everyone if i made it confusing:blush:

Oh I get it now. There is another member that is going through that too. Dorethea. Her husband was denied on the Drug use this also. I think that law is really stupid. Do they know how many Americans smoke marijuana? I mean I never have and neither has my husband, but my cousins, my sister, and a ton of my friends have. Geez should we kick them out of this country back to where their ancestors came from? Sorry I have got to stop ranting.

ROXY - Goodluck to you and your husband. I truly hope that this all works out for you. Maybe you can relocate to Canada or a Mexcio border city until you can file again.
