Okay this is from a while back and I thought that I would not list my children my husband's (step children) but today in Laurel Scotts chat she said...
. If you are the petitioner, you probably should've listed the beneficiary's step-children - I usually do - but that's not something that's like to wind up in the case be sent back to CIS for readjudication.
So I should add the Step-children to the I-130? Anybody?

Our lawyer listed my children on the petition for my husband because the argument could be reversed...if they were his children and I was the petitioner I would list them because they are my step children...

Children are children and they are part of the scenario no matter who is the step parent.
