Hi to everyone I had a question: 1. For those of us asking for 2nd chance interviews after being denied will it keep getting harder to schedule a waiver appoinment or easier because when I called the 202# they said that I am in the admisitrative processing and some have been told that they have to wait until their appoinment, cuz they have an appeal pending?

I can ask but I don't really understand the question. You want to know if you can schedule a waiver appointment with an appeal pending?

Thank you but the question was that when we get our appoinment for 2nd chance interview when we scheduale the waiver appoinmtent will it get harder or easyer cuz I have read that some like Pinkbutter have not been able to make her appoinment because she has a denial pending and she is told that she has to wait until the interview? and my consern is that will it get harder or easyer for those of us with pending appeals?

I thought you had to cancel your appeal first. I just don't think Laurel is going to be answer if it's "harder" or "easier." I mean, you should be able to schedule the waiver appointment but everyone is having some trouble, needing to call multiple times, etc. Anyway, I will think of a way to ask and it'll be in the log.

I had an appeal pending..and it took no time to schedule a Wavier appt. but this was back in Dec..so things have changed alot since then. Corona was able to get her Wavier appt..she even called back to change it to a closer date to her first Visa appt. she has an appt. April 1st I think and her Wavier is April 15th. good luck..just keep calling.

Yea but Pinkbutter and a couple have had trouble, but your right I think its cuz they havent withdrawn their appeal yet..
