Ok, so I was just cruising the "US Embassy, Tegucigalpa" website, and these are the waiting times I found. Are these outdated, or are these current? I find that they are SO much longer than what I had thought!! Could someone clarify this for me?

I don't know what to say about those time frames for the petition approval. I hope it's incorrect.

Hi Ladies, I think most of us are finding that the I-130s are being approved in 6-8 months, even less in some cases. About a year ago they were taking much longer - one of the reasons why many people filed the I-129F because they were being approved more quickly. It seems the rest of the timeframes are correct but this one may be a bit off. Of course, we're still waiting to see if the waiver timeline is correct.
