Hey everyone, I re-registered since I have a new email now. My s/n on here was MegDan.

I apologize ahead of time if this post doesn't make much sense, as I have been under QUITE a lot of stress as well as sick...still am a bit sick.

Anyways . . .

So finally I am getting around to send the waiver packet, put I'm having a tough time on deciding the BEST and easiest (and most organized!) way to put it all together.

Anyone have advice for me? I want it to look and be the best organized as possible.

I've read some things on here...use a binder clip? Kind of confused though on how that could work out as far as putting the HSL and exhibits together.

Any ideas anyone? Any are most appreciated!

Hi... I think it definitely helps us & them to put it together in a nice presentation that is organized so they can go through the whole case in order and know where to find exactly what they need to look for.

I put mine in a 3 ring binder with tabs
Tab 1- I-601 form
Tab 2- Hardship Letter
Tab 3- Apology letter from spouse (embassy asked for one)
Tab 4- the full index of supporting documentation item by item

good luck!

I have read of doing a flip up style binder, with associated tabs like cindy101 said. Having a page that summarizes all of your evidence and having those pages follow makes it hard for you to forget anything and for them to miss it! Make sure you document your evidence clearly so they can find it easily. I have read of putting labels on every page with your name, application number, waiver type, etc.

Okay mine was done with 2 holes punched up top (like your chart in a doctors office) and put together with tabs seperating each section. There was a tavle of contents like page with the evidence, etc. Welcome back MegDan (that is what I remember you as. :) ) Come over to the Honduras section and visit us sometime! :) I am glad you are back and doing well!
