HELLO TO ALL
I Am a single daughter of legal resident I'm 31 years old, my priority date is August 1992, I waiting in Mexico for my appointment to Cd. Juarez, since as you can see my case already has more of 14 years in wait, my mother is a legal resident since 15 years so she can become a citizen, but her lawyer advised her that better we should wait the prority date that it will be current almost at the same time if she becomes a citizen, she decided to wait until December.
I am single and have a son of 2 years old, I want to know which is the step that I must do to take him with me, I have to fill some aplication?, actually I don't know something about this. I am very worried because I do not want to separate of him.What can you say about this? Somebody knows what I must do?
