i have a big question becuase i have a friend that is filing for her fiance while he is in mexico and she is very confused because she had already filed the I129 form, and g-325a form, and recently received the i-797 and that paper said to follow further instructions????????
what is the process and all the forms that she still need to fill to get an appointment in CDJ.
