because my dad is trying to renew his GC and it says that if he's filling because there was an administrative error because of USCIS services he has to send a new form I-90 along with the I-551 ,and an explination ,,, you see they are giving my dad a hard time and are saying that why he never notice this error ,,, he got his card in 1986.... thats the reason

Last name Middle name and first name:innocent: on his GC

and that has given him trouble @ motor vehicles ,,,and he never notice that can you believe this!
