On form I-129f Part C. questions 2 and 3, that applies to me the petitioner?
I was involved in a domestic violence case in 94 and 99, I never was convicted and don't know if it is on my record. Do I check yes and0 w0.hat kind of information on that do they want (court records) or my own letter? I am still just doing all the research on this. Hope someone can help....

Yes, the questions apply to the petitioner.

If you were not convicted, there are no requirements.
