Conditional or Permanent?

My wife and kids are AOS from K3 and K4. However we've been married for almost 6 years. Will a Conditional or a Permanent card be issued?

If you have been married for over 2 years at the time the green card is granted/issued (which, if you have been married for 6, you obviously have been. :) ) , then you will get a permanent 10 year green card. Less then 2 years married gets the conditional card.
