hi im new here

i just found this site searching around the net. looking for answers to alot of questions i have. im about to marry my awesome girlfriend. we have been together for almost a year. shes from the phillipenes and has been here for a while. im US citizen. im worried we will have some trouble getting everything in order with her.
well anyway its good to have found this site and know there are alot of others going through this stuff too.

welcome! how did she enter? did she have a visa? if she did and she overstayed, you can adjust status in-country.

no visa, she came in from canada in 98. her father started petition for her in 96. he died last january.
