1st. Question: for a friend..before her and hubby got married he had a regular visa..not a student..nor work..just to visit the US..ok. but since then they got married, and before they got married he got a DUI..ok..Visa is still current..and she just filed her I 130 and was approved..problem..the DUI..it happen 2 years ago..should they wait until its off the record..she wants to know what to do at this point..Wait? I told her to wait...next.
2nd Question
Ok. another friend..she is married, hubby has been in the US for 11 years..illegally..ok..but before they got married hubby got arrested for Domostic stuff..went to jail, released the next day..but was order to do probabtion..and also he was being deported..ok..he did not leave right away..but later left..family member sick..then returned again. so 2 EWI's ok..then she went to check police record, he still has a warrent out for him..he never attended probabtion..but he left..and when he came back..he never took care of it..my friend has been married almost 2 years..they have 2 kids..what are his chances of a Wavier..I told her probably not..2 EWI's..right..but I wanted to ask you..I also told her and her friend to join the site..:blush:
