would it be better and faster to resubmit for another I-601 waiver interview then to submit more evidence and wait 10-12 months for a possible denial. How does one ask for another appointment (I-601)?

i think you need to consult with a lawyer to be clear of your options

I was under the impression that you could not get another appointment while you had a pending waiver. I could be wrong, but if it was possible, then all those who submitted waivers back before the pilot program could have requested new appt and tried for same day approval. I think you have to be denied before you can request a new appt.

I think you have to wait it out before you can get another appt. but I might be wrong..lets wait to see if someone else chimes in to say different..good luck..

You can submit more evidence at anytime. That would help your chances of not being denied.

RG - with a waiver pending you cannot request another interview. The system doesn't work like that. You have to submit more evidence and wait. Hopefully you can get a really strong waiver together and be approved in less than 10 months though!
