Hi Everyone, I am new to this site and need some advice. Anyways here is my story. My wife came the U.S Illegally when she was a child back in 1993, We me in 1998, became best friends and started dating in 2001 got married in 2002, at that time I was in the military and we didn't worry about her situation. In 2004 we had our daughter and we applied for I-130, it was approved in January 2005 (I was in iraq at this time). When I came back we continued the proccedings filed I-485 which we had to withdraw from beacuse she doesn't qualify for I-245. Anyways now we just sent I-824 and hope to get an interview in Juarez soon.
