Hello,
as you all know my previous "lawyer/notario" turned out to be acting as a lawyer but was only misleading and charging legal fees that he had no right to charge. He made a couple of mistakes on our cases like trying to file in country even though he knew my hubby EWI. He also filed an I212 by mistake knowing my hybby was never deported. I have a new lawyer now and he is GREAT! Im just worried that all the previous mistakes from the other notario/lawyer affects my husband in qualifying for the waiver. There is a mistake on the DS-230 that the previous lawyer submitted to CDJ more than a year ago, so i was wondering if it is okay to correct the mistake on a new DS-230 and fax it to the consulate or should i have my hubby take the corrected form with him to his interview? Thanks for helping me, i hope this is not a problem @ the interview.
