second interview after denial

Hi all of you, I am going to my second interview after being denial, I am not sure when but the letter my husband got says between in 4 months.
I am afraid because I do not want to be denial again. My husband is healthy and the only problems he has is with his eyes and sleeping disorders, besides loss of employment, loss of social security benefits, stocks, and loss of the helath insurance. What harsdships should we put first.
and besides that since we have been apart since 2006, how can I prove that we still having the relationship if right now we are living apart.

so did you get a new 2nd appt.because another forum member just called this morning to Mr. B, and at first was told he was not in the system, and to fax her denial letter to him, and to wait 2-4 months for an appt. good luck and keep us posted..and also look at Laurafern11's HSL..she had no health issures and was approved...

Christy is right, Laura's letter used possible hereditary issues, and then lots of other stuff like you listen.
Does your husband have any special sort of employment or certification that wouldn't be useable in Mexico?
I know you want to have children, myou could address that...

I think that u can prove that you're still in a relationship by providing any documentaion like (phone bills, airplane tickets, and any letters that you guys have written to each other in the past two years). Can I ask why were u denied the first time?

I wouldn't be very concerned about proving the relationship -- at this point your I-130 was approved and the question of bona fide relationship really should not come up.

Hey Cristy my letter says only to wait to have a new appointment, but I am working on my hsl now, I will keep you post it
