Hi All!
So here's my situation: I was once married before to a Taiwanese man and I had filed the I-129 for him. The relationship turned sour and we were both young and stupid at that time. We had separated 2 years but just recently filed for divorce. Now, my fiance was deported to Australia and I'm going to have to file all the necessary paperwork. My question is would I have to wait for the final divorce decree in order to fill out the I-129 for my fiance? All it says is to provide the divorce date so I'm thinking they don't need proof. Let me know if I can go ahead with the process.
Thanks
