can we directly call that Mr B guy that you all write about? I am waiting for a consulate appointment again after being denied (cause they couldn't bother to read the HSL)

Well a forum member just did this morning called Mr. B's office and got through, she recently got denied and well she was not in the system yet, but told her to fax her denial letter to him, and to wait 2-4 months for a new appt. Did you get a denial letter yet..good luck..

stephanie, I was wondering how you were doing. I had read your posts on here in the past and was saddened by your denial. I hope you will get a new appt very soon. Call him, it couldn't hurt, right?

Okay ladies. I am so confused by all of the information that is available out here. I love it but it's confusing and I want to straighten all out eventually. Can just anyone request a second interview? On what grounds do you request a second interview? And can the outcome be different if you fall under 9c? I just want my husband approved. Not sure exactly how to get there yet. I'm going to consult with Laurel, but this struck my curiosity.

H Suarez - the people here who are requesting second interviews had their actual waivers denied. So they are eligible for the waiver, submitted one, and were denied for lack of extreme hardship. Now they are re-filing. So far no one has gone back for a second interview contesting a 9(c) charge.
