I'm sending in my i-129f and I had a few questions. I have submitted the i-130 . Dh entered ewi and we will have to submit the I-601.

1st question Addresses
When it asks for finace's address abroad, do you put anything? And what did you put for current address, did you put address here in the US?

2nd question Fees.
This is what the USCIS has on the web site for fees.

Filing Fee :
$455. There is no fee for petitions for K-3 status based on an immigrant petition filed by the same U.S. citizen or wife.

My lawyer said that I would fall under area of no fee. I have submitted the I-130. But he was checking on it because its not very common for the USCIS to put a no filing fee on an application. I tried calling the customer service number but just got an automated system. What do you guys think?

I already replied to the other thread, but I'll post it here too.

Hey Amber! We filed the I-129f for my husband early last year.

The fee thing I don't know about because we filed before those changes. That does sound kind of confusing...

Does your form ask on the first page #12 if your fiance(spouse) is currently in the US??? My husband was and in teh box below we put without inspection.

For the Fiance's address abroad we just put N/A, since he was in the US.

For the address below each of our names we put our P.O. box address, because that's where we wanted our mail sent.

On the G-325 for the biographic information it had the address where we were living under the most current one, plus of course all the other places we had lived in the last 5 years.

Yes, In question 12 I did put without inspection. For the address in question 2 I put our current address here in the us. Then I put N/A for question 15 address abroad.

I think that is correct just want to double check.

I called USCIS office today and they said there is no fee. Woo-Hoo, I didn't have to pay the $455.
