Hey everyone, I'm not necessarily new around here, I've been lurking awhile and before the changeover I posted a couple times as "mlleprof". My husband's from Peru, we've been married 15 months. No children but one cat. We live in the Wash DC area. I'm a high school teacher and he's a mechanic.
We have our I-130 approved, yay! and hubby wants to use a lawyer so we're interviewing lawyers...and I've started research for HSL....scary stuff!!
Some things on our minds....
We're also battling infertility (infertility & immigration, double whammy!! lovely!! hey, can I use that as a hardship?)
Anyway, a big thank you to everyone for posting your experiences and ideas - they are such a big help!! I wish I could find an immigration support group :)
