Mother Legalized?

I HAVE A QUESTION HOW CAN I GET MY MOTHER TO GET HER LEGALIZED IN THE US BECAUSE I KNOW THAT IF SHE APPLYS THROUGH CDJ SHE WILL PROBABLY BE BANNED WITH A 10 YEAR, HELP WHAT CAN I DO SHE IS THE UNITED STATES RIGHT NOW, IS THERE ANY WAY THAT I CAN PAY A FEE AND SHE WILL NOT HAVE TO LEAVE THE US HELP I'M A US CITIZEN TO GET HER LEGALIZED???

Did your mother enter without inspection? Has anyone ever filed a petition for her, like before April 30, 2001?

If she did EWI and no one filed for her before 2001 than she is pretty much stuck. She needs a USC spouse or parent to file a waiver for her. Unless she has 245i eligibility from an old petition she can't adjust in the U.S.
